what to do when someone posted a false sex picture of you?

An OLDER man wanted to go out with me and im underage. I said no and has told everyone in the city that i have slept with him. He has a picture of that happening but my face does not show. What really happened was that he told me that there this friend of his that liked me and give me his descriptions. It fit his complexion and i ask if it was him and he said no. He asked for an e-mail for him to give it to the "boy" and i gave him a fake one. One way or another he got my phone number and text-ed me saying that it was him that was interested in me. He wanted me to go on a date with him. I said no and he started acting like a baby and I told him off. Then after he went around showing a fake sex picture of me and him together. I want him to go to court, but i don't know where to start.
P.S. The person that told me is going through court with the same man and he doesn't want to get involved. But if he has to he will.
